"To date I have had 3 roofs installed by these guys. All three have been metal roofs. They also installed my neighbors shingle roof based off of my recommendation. On the metal roofs, two were the normal screw down types, and on my personal home I went with standing seam. Those in the know, know that standing seem is the most labor intensive and requires the most skill to do properly. I researched and found these guys on Angie’s list. I called them based on their reviews on Angie’s list. I had them come out and give me an estimate for a shingle roof initially. There price was good and the guy I had spoken with was knowledgeable. I got estimates and spoke with 4 other roofers I found on Angie’s list. They were the best priced and I got a good feeling from their sales rep. I later met with the owner as I was deciding to go with a metal roof. Got estimates and started researching metal roofs. I probably changed my mind several times through my research. I felt confident the owner was very knowledgeable and a strait shooter. I ended up going standing seam. I researched it heavily through YouTube, so I would know how everything was supposed to be done. The whole standing seam install take a few weeks. I ended up talking a lot with the employees as well as watching how they did the install. Everything was done exactly as I had research it should be. Brian and his guys came out and did a wonderful job on the roof. I couldn’t be happier honestly. I am a knit picky person about how things should be done too. They did the standing seam install in 2017. I have had two screw down roofs installed by Quality Roofing since my standing seam roofs. The most recent being in February 2019. They both came out perfect as well. All the screws are in straight lines. They look perfect. Couldn’t be happier with these installs either. They also did a very nice job on my neighbor’s shingle roof. The only thing that could be considered negative about them, is the fact that they are busy. Honestly, that can’t be a strike because they do good work, so they should be busy. I have been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Quality Roofing. From the guys on the job acting professionally, to the office staff, and the owner. They will be getting all of my future roofing work."

"The easiest way to say it is , they did a great job on my shingle roof. They showed up at the times they told me, no delays , they got the permits, hauled off all the old material. Cleaned up everyday. The installers were very good to deal with. Always ask if I was satisfied with what they had done each day. They lined up the inspections that had to be done on time. I can not say how nice it was to deal with a company like that. Oh by the way I was a roofing contractor before I retired! I would recommend them to anybody, and just did to my best friend! "Jan Tukker is very professional and thorough. JTI did the work as promised and on time. A couple of things to consider when re-roofing. If a dumpster is used, consider an alternate location other than the driveway depending on the age of the concrete. Cracks will happen with all the weight of the dumpster and old roofing material. Secondly, be vigilant with the cleanup. There are large amounts of nails used in the process and many reach the ground. Stepping on a roofing nail in your flower bed can t**** the whole experience. The contractor does an OK job of picking up nails, but you as the customer should search for them as we'll.

"We were not happy.  They were not the low bidders, but we went with them because of reputation here in town.  When we originally contacted with them it was to take the roof that was on all the way back to the decking to make sure that there was no issue with the decking so they got the under alignment and everything.  Had I not been here and actually watching them and being aware of what was going on, that would not have happened.  I had to stop the crew who did not speak any English.  I'm not opposed to that except that there was nobody here to translate for them.  They apparently were not told what was expected.  We had sort of a battle to get them to comply with what we had contracted for.  They finally did do that, but it just wasn't a good experience at all.  It was way too hard for what it had to be.  The job turned out to be adequate.  It's an adequate roof.  It wasn't the bottom line shingle roof, but it was a shingle roof.  It's architectural shingles.  Had we not stayed on top of it, we wouldn't have had what we contracted to have.  Quality, after the battle is a B.  We would not use them again in the future.            "
