"Like most people, there are certain things I look for when I hire someone to do work for me: honesty, quality of work, and price (in that order).  Environmental Painting Alternatives more than stands out in each of these areas... they SHINE!  I have never before been so pleased with the experience or the end results of having my home painted.  I was provided with a written contract that clearly outlined what was to be done.  I did not even try to negotiate the price since it was lower than I expected.  They even took the time to discuss with me the purpose of different kinds of paints to be sure of what I wanted and what I needed so that I would be well informed and happy with my selection of the paint to be used.  Before they began painting they pressure washed the outside of my home and even the windows were clean... on the outside at least.  After repairing any cracks or flaws they applied two coats of paint.  The men were especially polite, considerate, quiet and kept everything neat and orderly around the outside of my home as they worked (being careful to respect all of the strict rules of the retirement community in which I live).  They finished the job in the time they had told me they would and left everything clean and in place before they left.  When I inspected my home I was amazed that I could not find one single flaw or mistake.  My home has never looked so nice!!  I would not hesitate and would be most pleased to recommend Environmental Painting Alternatives.

"Overall the employees that directly represent this company were great. They did what they said they would, they showed up when they said they would. They were very professional, They worked efficiently and clean. If for any reason there was a delay (caused by rain ) they communicated clearly and did not leave us wondering. The product used is quality product. Our one hiccup in the job was caused by a THIRD party working with the concrete. Yet the Concrete side of Southern Screen and Concrete fixed this situation beyond our expectations. With the quality work they gave us I would be eager to share their name with anyone. Lastly, i have to say the gentlemen that came to our home to do the work from start to finish were not-only skilled, they were nice! (thats important)"

"Dealing with the owner, Steve, all went well from start to finish. I called him and left a message. Within an hour he returned my call. I asked him if he did concrete driveway repair and if so could he give me a quote on how much it would cost. The same day he came out looked at driveway and quoted me his price. The next day I called him and asked him to do the job. Within four days the job was completed. Excellent work. I would strongly recommend his service to anyone needing this type of work. "The project got off to a bad start because the first crew didn't seem prepared for the size or scope of the job and said they needed to talk to their project manager who was out of the office. The job was supposed to start on a Tuesday but didn't start till Friday which cost me a couple extra nights in a hotel. Once the new crew started the project progressed quickly and they worked over the weekend to try and recover some time."
