Had a trainee doing the work under supervision, but simply didn't get close enough to lawn edges and made some sporadic passes across the yard, resulting in large swatches of grass that received no treatment. And, what is down appears to be so lightly applied, I can't imagine it doing much good. Less than one hopper's worth of product for a 1/2 acre yard?? Complained, and they called back very quickly, but simply apologized and used the excuse "all companies are training new people right now". We're done with Bio-Lawn and will try our luck with someone else."
