"I would not recommend Travis' Window and Blind Cleaning. We hired them to clean windows, window seals, carpet, tile floors, tile in the showers and bathrooms and seal all the tile as well. Travis told me it would take 2 days to complete the job. After the first day, they were done. I went out to our rental a couple days later and found that they didn't clean large areas of the carpet, didn't clean any of the window seals, several of the screens weren't cleaned, some of the windows were still dirty, they didn't even bother to move the garbage can when cleaning the tile floor and missed large areas of the floor. I couldn't tell that they did anything in the showers or bathrooms. I had Travis came out and look at the mess they left and he couldn't deny the situation, so he scheduled his guy to come out another day to do the work they missed the first time around. After the second go around, I noticed that our tile floor downstairs had large areas of cracked grout and large chunks of grout missing. No grout was missing before the cleaning. Travis had mentioned that they use an acid cleaner on the tile and when we researched, we found out that the acid solution can damage the grout. Regardless, they ruined our floor. When I brought this up to him, he denied it and said they've never had a complaint in 15 years. Now we have to re-grout the downstairs floor. This is honestly the worst company I have ever used. He is dishonest and will ruin your floors."

"I used Lily Maid Cleaning for 6 months for my vacation home. Each time I personally used the home, I was surprised to find beds not made, pillows on the floor, and when I whipped the floor, my rag was black with dirt and dust. I suffered from revenue loss of my vacation rental from the multiple poor reviews they caused. Despite bringing this to their attention, they still billed me for additional laundry fees and claimed they spent additional cleaning hours which they billed outrageous rates for. Why was I being billed for additional cleaning hours and laundry if my home was still filthy and beds weren't even made? I reached out the the owner and still nothing changed. I again reached out and expressed that I would not be using their service and their additional charges were erroneous and should be removed from the invoice. They added up to $800 in additional fees from the $125 we had agreed to per cleaning. Phillip, the owner, refused to adjust the invoice. I paid them the total of our agreed upon rate and Phillip filed a claim against me over the erroneous charges. Being a non-resident owner, this company took advantage of the situation to increase their bills by a small margin, knowing it was more costly to travel to St. George to dispute the claim, than to pay the disputed amount. If you're a non resident be cautious of dishonest operators like this. I've been using my new cleaning company for 4 months now and have not had one additional charge from them, I visited in April and the home was spotless. Its hard to find someone on the ground you can trust. In the pictures you'll see the dirt/dust we wiped up with one wipe and the condition of the beds when we arrived. Really?? no sheets, yet I was charged for extra laundry fees. The one that was made was worse than my kids make theirs."
