"I have had multiple excellent experiences with Ram Builders. They have expertly repaired damaged stucco, installed a new window and completely resurfaced the exterior of my home. Shaan Sanderson was prompt, professional and accommodating. His crew was lead by a highly capable leader (Juan I think) who was committed to completing all work to the highest standards. If you want the work done right, call Ram."

"
It went great - we have used Andy several times, and plan to again. We trust him with a key to our house, and to watch other contractors while we are at work. He is as honest and fair as the day is long. He will work long 12+ hour days any day that he has free from other jobs. His bid came in lower and sometimes equal to other contractors. We chose Andy each time because he is great to work with, flexible, and trustworthy.

First job we had him do was to remove a load bearing wall to put in an archway instead. He did this without the load ever being unsupported. He put in the beam to support the load, created the 6 ft wide arch to match another arch, and mud and tape.

Second job was to put double French Doors with stained glass into a wall from our family room to an extra bedroom to create a bedroom/den. It was not a load bearing wall, but at my request he put in the extra support.

Third job Andy came over and looked at our 1768 sq ft basement, and drew up the plan for the best use of space. He framed it in one weekend. We then had him give us a bid for each section of the job as money would allow - insulation, drywall, mud and tape, doors and trim, cabinets, countertops, and shower backsplash. He did this mostly in the dark with only light from the windows, because the electrician would not put in the lights until the basement was painted. Even with the less then perfect working conditions he rocked it out, and it looks fantastic. It looks like the basement was finished with the rest of the house, and it is stunning.

Fourth job was to put a decorative finishing cap on top, and stucco the sides of a 30 foot long retaining wall in our front yard. Beautiful.

"
