"The provider was extremely professional.  He did two chimney's although I had originally only indicated service for 1 as well as did the tuck pointing for the one fireplace. 
He walked me through in detailed all of the steps and reviewed with me all of the changes that they made and the service and additional costs were clearly indicated prior to work being completed. 
After cleaning the chimney they clean up their mess and the one chimney that was in the basement had concrete dust from a sump pump I had put in and they cleaned that up too. 
Additionally, he went back and corrected something he did not find to his standard even though I don't know that I would have noticed.

"The project went very well I have been a long term customer, Everything as always is great! Their Lawncare division is always professional they call you beforehand to let you know. This summer I had a large project done by them and the Landscaping division is just great. They removed a patio, and tie wall then installed a new trash pad, installed a new Belgard paver patio on top of the wall they installed. Everything went smooth except they found drainage pipes under the concrete so that had to be pulled up and new stuff put in. That was extra but other than that clean-up was great and the guys were always professional and in uniforms every day."

"I had a very significant drainage issue around my property that had caused severe water damage to several rooms inside the house. This had been going on for years and I needed a solution. Team Green stepped in and solved my problems. The project went very smoothly once underway. The lead time was about 7-8 weeks, which was the only downside. Everything from start to finish was thoroughly explained to me and if I had any questions they got answered quickly. I even called them to ask questions about another provider's bid/project and they had no problem explaining the issues to me. The install crew worked very hard clearing large tree roots and rocks to install the drain. Several gutters, including two of my neighbors, were directed into the drain, which was made of high quality six inch pipe. The rock used to cover the drain looks great and they reseeded any areas disturbed by the install. Since the install I have not had a single issue with flooding inside the house. "I am a licensed professional civil engineer in the State of Missouri and frequently specify concrete work in my professional life.  I strongly recommend Domian Paving and Concrete for work similar in scope to what they provided me.

I called on 7 Contractors listed favorably in the BBB in order to get quotes for the work.  Domian came in with the lowest price, and the fullest scope of work.  In meeting each of the Contractors I requested bids, Kevin Domian came across as a true professional and was able to answer many of my technical questions.

Removal of the old driveway took one day, and was performed within the limits of the old driveway - not damaging any of my surrounding lawn.  Formwork and placement of the concrete occurred on another day with a broom finish on the concrete.  Control joints in the concrete were made very straight, and cleanly.  Domian stripped forms that evening, and backfilled and fine-graded the areas where the forms were constructed, to where everything looked nice.  The following day, Domian returned to prep and apply the cure and seal product.  

Domian was responsive in providing me with Certificates of Insurance the day they mobilized to the site.  They also were helpful in getting me release of liens from their material supplier."

"GCS did an excellent job executing a pretty complicated project. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. The bid that Dennis provided was very detailed and thorough. He came by several times to take measurements and ask questions about our intentions and goals for the project. He also had his electrical and HVAC subcontractors contact us to gather information about the project. It took about two weeks for the bid to be completed, which caused us to get a little impatient, but the final result was far more complete and thorough than any of the other bids we received. The cost was also very competitive. Work started soon after we signed the contract. Dennis did a very good job of coordinating the the tasks, including bringing the various subcontractors to the site in a timely manner, and within about 6 weeks we had the foundations poured and the basic framing done on the 8'x10' kitchen addition and the 16'x20' 1st floor bedroom/basement addition. Dennis' team were receptive to the changes to the plan (there will always be changes to the plan) that we asked for. The changes were documented, invoiced and priced reasonably. There was a lot of inside work to perform, so that took another 3 months or so. Insulation, drywalling, drywall finishing, carpet removal and installation, removal of the old kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. Again, Dennis did a good job of scheduling the various specialists to come in and do their thing. Dennis was very responsive to any issues or concerns that came up through text messaging or by phone. Problems: Main issue was that the pace of work in the middle of the project was slower than we would have liked. This was mostly an issue with one individual worker. Overall: We are very happy with the results of the project and would recommend GCS highly. Attached picture is of the kitchen interior just prior to completion. It is exactly what we had envisioned."
