"I had this company replace a 12 step staircase and landing off my sunroom at the back of my home. They did an outstanding job very professional. It was very apparent that the owner is a professional carpenter with years of experience his communication about the project. The materials being gonna be used was excellent from the initial email telephone calls contract could not have asked for a smoother project to get completed in a timely fashion. He checked in with me daily about the projects progress and discussed options before making his own decision but any suggestion he would make was perfect for the job at the end of each day he took the time to clear up the debris from my property and take it away. I would say a true professional in every aspect of being a great carpenter as a plus he’s also a very nice person which is a refreshing change. I strongly recommend this company for any carpentry project. You might be thinking of doing."

I called them and told them that they forgot to fix the sliding door in our master bedroom and that the door in our living room had broken again. They sent someone out a second time (a few months later) but it was with the wrong parts. It is now 02/23/18 and they still have not fixed the two doors that have been broken for over 6 months. They blame the delay on not being able to get the parts but in reality, they did not even order the correct parts until we escalated the issue to upper management. We are now waiting for the parts to come in and wilke to hopefully fix the sliding doors. But they are estimating that to be in March. I went with wilke because of their claim of customer service. I will never go back again and I hope anyone reading this does their homework."
