"Lightning restoration was amazing to work with. I was out of town and a neighbor went to check on my animals and found standing water in several of my rooms from a backed up pipe. I called Lightning Restoration while still out of town and they showed up within hours. They removed the water and dried everything out. As a result, I had no furniture damage. They were involved for weeks with the dry out and were very communicative. They made the process as easy as possible for me."

"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. However, my condo was not rated to hold this amount of water for a period of hours and the damage ended up being pretty substantial. Over the next few weeks, Yoni helped me work with my insurance company providing them detailed reports to support their inspection of my premises. Given my initial positive experience, I decided to continue with Quality 1 for the mold remediation and the mold was successfully removed. While I am humbled by the whole experience, Yoni and Quality 1 were flat out an honor to do business with. I wish the company the best. We are so lucky to have professionals like Quality 1 in this market."

"Quick to respond to my call when I had water damage in my attic during a storm. They had the right technology to assess the full extent of the water intrusion before going up into the attic and removing the wet insulation to dry things out before the situation got worse. No overselling and they recommended a great drywall repair guy for the spots that were beyond saving."

"I use his service at least once a year. He has taken care of us for about eight or nine years. I would not use anyone else. He is so personable and kind. He is so eager to please us. He is meticulous and after he completes the work he will ask if there is anything else he can do. He has excellent customer service. He is prompt, professional, and a real gentleman. Cannin always does the work himself."

"They do an excellent job. I'm very happy. Actually, they come every year to do my carpet. They cleaned six rooms and a hallway. They do a really good job. It's just me and my husband, so we don't get out carpet too much dirty. The family room is the only one that gets really, really, you know people when we entertain. So, they do a good job, yes an excellent job! They do a really good job they're on time. They're great. You know what I like? They tell me exactly when they are going to be there and he was here. Their prices are excellent for the amount of work they have to do. I just wish they could help me move the furniture. There were a couple of spots that were left for some reason after the carpet dried. I called him up, and they were here within three or four days. They treated the area again. Actually, that area is still clean. Their responsiveness is excellent. They gave me a window that I'm going to be there between 9 and 10 and they were here five after nine. They're great, it's nothing I can say that I did not like of them. They were on time. They did a good job. Some of the areas needed to get retreated and the guy came back and did a great job."
