"very satisfied with door installation. very professional and kind. will recomend this company to others."

"It has been said that the judge of a civilization by how it discards their, er, "liquid wastes." When that liquid waste was not flowing properly in the basement of my 120+ year old home, I was very concerned that this would be the downfall of the civilization, at least by how it is constituted in my home. So when Pasquale showed up and with his magic "snake camera" revealed that the sewer pipe under my basement had collapsed, I was VERY concerned. I had visions of raw sewage flooding my basement and workers digging something akin to the Panama Canal in my basement - you know: dirt! As it turned out, Pasquale runs an operation that runs very smoothly: he and his crew came out on a Friday morning at 8:30 am (on the dot!) and started taking up the concrete in my basement (it was a trench about 3 feet wide and 4 feet deep.) They had to move a lot of shelves out of the room where the digging was taking place, and they were careful when doing so. Pasquale estimated it would take a week to complete the work, but this dude underpromises and overdelivers: it took 3 long days of work (they generally worked from 8:30 am to about 4 pm and they DON'T take 2 hour "lunch breaks.") Since most of this work took place on a weekend (Friday - Sunday), I expected that I probably paid extra, but not having a working sewage line was not an option for me and my tenants. In the end Pasquale and his colleagues did a beautiful job (however "beautiful" installing a new sewer pipe could be.) I can now get a good night's sleep knowing that Pasquale guaranteed that this pipe will last until 2122, which works out to be about $150/year. Would you pay that much to know that your sewage pipe won't back up again? I used to pay $250/year to have this cruddy old pipe cleaned, so I not only do I sleep better at night (easily worth the 41¢ per night), but it's one less thing I have to worry about in this old house. Postscript: About a week after they finished, a small pipe developed a leak which may or may not have been caused by the work done. Pasquale was arrived within an hour and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Good plumbers are hard to find: they try to sell you unnecessary work, or don't show up to work, or show up late, or do part of the job, then disappear for a few days or weeks, or they just do cruddy work. P & A is an amazing company, and show that our civilization still has good people around to take care of our sewage."

"This Company is extremely professional courteous and reliable. Even the front office people I dealt with were very patient they explained each process and detail! Flexible with payment choices! Thank you so much 24Seven Plumbing!"

"Fast and efficient service. I'd definitely call him for plumbing issues again."

"Ackeno just left and he did a great job! He is straightforward and honest, hustled to get the job done (a leak under the kitchen sink) and was very fair and transparent with pricing. I told him he is now my guy for all plumbing needs. Ackeno is a real standup guy! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire him again or refer him to friends."

"LI & A Construction completed two projects for us. The first was last summer. Mr. Hetnarien and his team eliminated a section of the houseâ s back deck. This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Hetnarien again."

"the owner of the company was very hands on and professional. the work he performed was very clean and was done in a timely manner. they remodeled a new bathroom and kitchen sink. they communicated very well throughout the whole process."

"I needed my 60 gallon water heater replaced. They recommended tankless water heater which i approved. Installation was flawless. They even came back to adjust the temperature. The heater has been working well with no complaints…definitely energy saving. I thought customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them."

"The team did an outstanding job remodeling my bathroom and kitchen. They are true professionals who know what they are doing and accommodating to my specific requests. Also, what I really like about the team is their trustworthness. I bought this COOP, and before I hired them, I had a really bad experience dealing with someone who turned out to be a contract fraudster. After I engaged with Lai Fu Home Improvement, they showed me the kind of work they are capable of doing, and obtained all necessary permits and papers the board can ask for. I highly recommend the team for any type of work. And for those of you who need work done in a coop, Lai Fu is the team you can trust."
