"I'd used TruGreen in the past is why I chose them for my lawn care. I was originally set up on 4-6 week intervals to accomodate my financial needs. Everything was going as planned until I got a fertilization/weed control treatment & aeration in Sep within a week apart. I didn't realize what happened until I received the bill and contacted them to report a duplicated charge. I was told one of the charges included an aeration treatment and was a one time application indicated in the contract. This was not my understanding and must have been in very small print I could not read. When first asked about doing aeration, it was agreed to revisit in the fall. I was not asked, told or suggested this was being done so I got hit with that bill. Customer Service Rep was useless. Her resolution was to send someone out when I mentioned the service was incomplete since the gate was locked and the technician did not have access to my yard."

"Zeb Snow is reliable and responsible. This job required extensive scraping, sealing, priming, and paint application on wood siding that had not been maintained for several years. He arrived at the specified time, kept us current on progress of the job and worked efficiently. His assistant was pleasant and polite and also worked efficiently. He removed and sealed all areas of rot and mildew on the siding and window sills before applying primer and paint. <br /> <br /> An overgrown yew and several shrubs had to be trimmed and removed from the property to allow access to the work area. Mr. Snow accomplished this part of the work efficiently. He also made arrangements with the electric company for wrapping of wires until the project was completed. Mr. Snow has completed other jobs for us: replacement of dryer vent exhaust tubing and gutter installation. All the work has been accomplished with attention to detail and he takes care to make sure the tasks are completed appropriately and to our satisfaction."

"This company is excellent during the summer, but if you want your lawn mowed any time after August, they are inconsistent, they choose the time they want to come AND if they want to come at all. For example, I called to ask when they coming at the beginning of October because they hadn't been to my house to mow in three weeks. The response I received was that they didn't feel I needed to have my lawn done (I thought that was my choice, since I hired them for weekly lawn care). Due to this, it has left me in a pinch over the past two years (yes, I gave the benefit of the doubt the first year because they are consistent and do a great job for 3 months of the year). I've spent a lot of extra time trying to find some other company to finish off the lawn care season, which is extremely difficult because the companies all have their own clientele by that point. I have had to rent a mower to do the lawn myself. <br />"
