"My home is an 81 year old 2 story structure needing Tuckpointing work. Received 3 bids on having the project completed in phases. ASAP Tuckpointing was not my lowest bid provided, nor were they the highest. What provided me confidence in choosing them was their craftsman, Martinez Smith, who came to my home, looked at the work that need attention, explained how they would perform the work & the materials that would be used for the repairs. The first job involved 2 chimneys (roof to cap), 75% of the north side of my home a 3 sided area below a front bay window. During our conversations, Mr. Smith was always conscious of the Social Distance norms, which was very much appreciated. I was satisfied enough with their work that I hired them for another section of my home, which has been completed. We are working now on having another, larger section of my home worked on. My conversations with the owner, Ms. Ganeisha Burks, have been nothing but pleasant; professional. I highly recommend that folks give this company an opportunity."

"Marlon Tuckpointing did a professional and seamless job on my chimney. I had missing mortar, discoloration, and a cracked and worn down chimney crown. Marlon came out right away and performed an assessment, made everything clear (including the price), and stayed in contact with me during the entire process. What impresses me most is their accuracy in workmanship, including the type/color match of mortar as well as the waterproofing work that protects my home from damage. When homes are 60+ years old, it is time to start thinking about the mortar and brick that holds your home together. While durable, over time, sacrificial mortar degrades and it's time to call in a professional to maintain the look and stability of your biggest asset. I am confident that you can trust Marlon Tuckpointing to do the job and am happy to recommend them."

"Franklin and his team did an incredible job on my house. Very communicative, detail oriented, transparent about pricing and always on time. They took photos throughout the process and kept me informed about their progress. I had them strip the paint off the face of my 3 story brick home and reset several areas of the building. I could not be more thrilled with the results!"

"Excellent service and construction! We couldn't be happier with the final project. Great people and easy to work with! Plan to use them for future projects as well."

"Luis, the owner, was the first to call me and went to check my rental property. He sent me pictures before and after work. Did it on time as promised. Cleaned up the debris on wall and pathway. I give him a five in rating."

"Finish Touch gets 5 stars from me. They built us a beautiful looking retaining wall at the rear of our house 4 years ago this month and were the low bidder by far--the bids ranged from over $17,000 to under $3000 for Finishing Touch with several others from 6k to 10k. I waited to post a review until now because build quality of a retaining wall can't be measured until after passage of time. Their wall has held up nearly perfectly over 4 years now so I believe it is justifiable to say it was properly built and the preparatory pre-construction work like ensuring drainage was all done well. On top of doing first rate work at the low price, a few months ago I contacted Mr. Watson about another potential job involving our crumbling and sagging concrete front steps and porch. He spent a good 20 minutes+ explaining we could get 90% of the benefit of redoing them by instead mud jacking them and using polymeric sand to fill a crack. He was right. I unreservedly recommend them."

"They came promptly. On time. Did the required worked. Showed me before and after pic of high up chimney repairs."

"Miguel listened to what I wanted done, made suggestions, we discussed the pros and cons and then decided on a plan. Everything I wanted done got done and even more. Everything looked very professional and I am extremely pleased."

"We hired TrueCare to deliver and spread 10 yards of mulch as well as replace a small retaining wall. Communication was excellent, the price was reasonable, and the work was done perfectly. I will use Leon and his team again in the future and highly recommend them for any landscaping needs you might have."
