"<p>Basile cut my lawn every week.  They were prompt, dependable and always did an excellent job with all trimmings cleaned up.  If for some reason I needed them to skip a week (new grass) it was easy to just send an email and the schedule was immediately adjusted with consistent communication about the change.  </p> <p>I also had them install metal edging on two garden beds. Installation was clean, secure and as planned.  (I laid out the string as a guide.)  I was disappointed that on this job, while the edging was installed properly, there was no attempt to clear the surface of grass within the edging.  For the $400, they did what I would consider the minimum necessary to complete it.....but I had to go back later and finish the surrounding area.</p> <p>I will use their service again next summer for the lawn.  Good response and customer service attitude from everyone in the company.  </p> . <br />"

"When I call to ask questions, they are very responsive. Either the owner or one of the guys tries to answer my questions over the phone and if they don't know what I'm talking about, they will come and look at it. They are very customer oriented. I feel that even though they are part of a national organization, they seem to behave like local people. When I call, it is very obvious that these people own the business. If you own the business, you have a different attitude than if you are an employee. Because they own it, they are very responsive to their customers."

"I moved in to my house in Kirkwood in the middle of last summer, and boy the yard was not in great shape at that time! But it was too late to really make significant improvements then so this spring, the yard was a priority for me. I had some landscaping done in both the front and backyards, and am very happy with the results, my yard looks so much nicer now!! I have lot of shade in my yard, and Patty and Jim worked with me to do plants that would work. They were really great, and kept me updated throughout the process. Patty came back a few different times after the initial planting to check on the plants and do some additional fertilizing. As everyone knows, this spring/early summer has been super rainy, so it has been tough for landscapers. Due to the significant rainfall, a few of my plants died, but they will replace at no cost to me. Everything else is really thriving though, and a lot of it has bloomed or is currently blooming now."

They did all the work, paid attention to details, put up with suggestions & feedback as while trimming the trees.....,  did a  great cleanup job, and since then all the grass has established nicely. Looking forward to having a nice looking and easier to maintain lawn next spring. Keenan the owner didn't sit back and supervise but really worked h****** the job. You don't always see this when an owner has an entire crew of guys with them. He worked hard and somehow seemed to be everywhere in the yard keeping checks on everyone making sure time was used efficiently.  <br /> Depending on how busy I am next season and my family finances I have been considering hiring a lawn care service and if it comes to that A Kick in the Grass Lawn Service will get my business when the time comes.
