"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"We hired Eagle Siding after 2 giant trees fell on our house during a bad storm that caused a lot of damage, including holes in our roof. Eagle Siding was extremely responsive and sent team members to tarp and cover the holes in the roof really quickly before the next round of rain that was coming. Buck was a true partner who did a thorough assessment of our damage, and then worked closely with our insurance company advocating for what we needed, ensuring honest compensation. They fixed the structural damage to trusses, replaced our roof, and some of the soffits, gutters, and siding. Scheduling each step in the process of our repairs was a breeze. The whole team at Eagle Siding and their sub contractors communicate very well, work incredibly hard, and have top notch skills. You can tell the company is rooted in strong ethical values that my family was grateful for, especially when dealing with stressful home damages. They provided excellent customer service and superb craftsmanship throughout our entire experience with them. The results are beautiful, and we highly recommend them for any project."

"The company contacted me very soon after I submitted the bid request and told me that they do not do flat roofs. I appreciated the quick and clear response."

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"It is difficult finding a contractor to take in a small repair project. I was fortunate to work with eRoof for my small roof repair project. The work was done efficiently and timely. Everything was done as agreed to at the beginning of the project."

"This was a 2 day challenging fascia replacement job involving a several person crew supervised by Lakewoods' owner, Shawn, and his right hand man, Ho. All the work was accomplished to my satisfaction in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. I would highly recommend Lakewoods and Shawn for siding and roof work requiring a high level of competence."

"Steven Bethel owner & operator of Craftsman Construction Services did a total roof replacement on our home in Ramsey. Steven and his crew did an amazing job in 8hrs. I need to mention also at a very reasonable and affordable price. I would highly recommend Craftsman Construction Services to everyone. Sincerely Debra Carry."

"J&B Roofing was very responsive and professional when I contacted them about making some minor repairs to my roof in Saint Paul. We had some loose and folded over shingles that needed to be repaired ASAP for a sale. They did a great job on the repair for a great price! Somehow, they were even able to use the existing shingles on the roof. You can't even tell there was ever a problem up there. We will definitely contact them again for roofing repairs."

"He cleaned (steamed) my gutters...and cleaned them out (they were full-- evidently I had forgotten about getting gutters cleaned before winter), and when he saw the lake in my basement... he cleared the snow off the roof for me, shoveled snow away from the house. He also made recommendations about my roof & my chimney needing repair. Very satisfied."

"Did a nice job on the repair for a responable price. Also addressed other pieces of hardy board that were coming loose."
