We're a small plumbing company with myself and 2 other employees. We don't subcontract much, asphalt and street replacement mainly. We are typically pay at time service rendered. For corporations and title companies, we will wait 30 days if necessary.
"I called several large plumbing companies to replace a leaking garbage disposal only to be told I'd have to wait up to 10 days. That meant washing dishes in the laundry room for 10 days. I called Matt at Plumbing Plus. He answered the phone immediately and came the next day. He called to let me know he was on his way so I wasn't left guessing when he'd come. Matt replaced the garbage disposal and left the are neat and dry. He's a pleasant person to talk with. I'd hire him again."
