"Chad fixed my mold.  He explained to me exactly how the mold happened and why it would not happen again.  He was very kind to me.  I explained I was suffering from a medical level of anxiety and he was very understanding.  Every day,  Chad and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would.  Look, mold is a terrible thing, but Chad made me believe it would all be gone.  He did it in my laundry room and kitchen.  He went above and beyond by then also taking care of my basement too.  My house no longer smells of mold and that is really what I needed.  I liked how there was a few days between when he finished treating the mold and before he put down the new floor.  This was important because it let me believe the mold was dead.  I did not smell it anymore and so I felt safe to have the floor put down.  When done, he cleaned up the work site nicely.  His price was very fair compared to what I read on line.  He is very easy to work with.  Most important to me, he said he would get"

"Sol and his associate arrived right on time and put shoe covers on to enter our home.  Our carpets were really dirty and had some pretty bad stains.  The got all the stains out and left the carpet looking brand new.  They took so much time to make sure they got every corner, they moved furniture and put guards under every piece after they were done.  Our stairs that they cleaned looked brand new.  They were professional, courteous and did the best job I have ever had done in all the years I have had carpets cleaned.  I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them in the future.

"Lockwood personnel are skilled, professional, punctual and they clean up after themselves. They completed a tricky ceiling repair while maintaining my wall border. They did the drywall, mud and then painted it and added texture to match the rest of the ceiling. I know where the damage was and I could not tell once they were done. They also treated prior water stains and damage around a light fixture. The workers treated my home as their own and took great pains to get it right, and they cleaned up when they were done. I was also not afraid to have their workers in my home. It's as if nothing happened only better because now my ceiling looks new again.
