"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"It went really well. Samuel Sharpe was one of several contractors who responded to our emergency weekend call for ice dam removal. (We noticed water infiltration during a thaw on Saturday.) He was able to respond the quickest and get started on Monday. His rates were very reasonable, and I was pleased to learn that he used a torch rather than pressure washer to remove the ice dam. He kept us informed throughout the process, with only a minor one delay delay. He worked through some of the most bitterly cold weather, (on our roof in 16 below wind chill), and was able to remove all of the snow and ice on time and within budget.
