"I purchased a deal through Angie's List for appliance cleaning/maintenance. My reason was two fold, to have my items cleaned but also to diagnose a problem with my refrigerator's freezer. The outside walls on the freezer, near the door, were warm to the touch. When performing the work the technician discovered a piece of foam material had detached and became lodged into the fan that cools the radiator for the freezer's frost ring. He was able to remove the foam and free up the fan. I thought for sure I was going to be charged extra as a repair cost but I was not. In the strictest meaning of the word the two techs weren't the most professional (funny banter) but both were honest and very knowledgeable."
