"I called Monday morning and they had one last spot. Picked my new car up within a few hours and I received it in Thursday afternoon. Everyone is professional and courteous and they took the time out to explain the prices. They give you the exact quote. I would hire them again"

"This project involved completely gutting a dated kitchen and bathroom, and relocating a laundry room. The renovations required a whole host of new plumbing and electrical work, new windows, cabinets and flooring. The finished product is nothing short of spectacular, and we plan to hire Mr. Louis Rogge and his team to renovate the home’s remaining two bathrooms as soon as possible. Mr. Rogge treated my entire family with the utmost respect and professionalism from the moment we called to inquire about an estimate until the day he finished. His pricing was exceedingly fair, and the job was completed early. The entire process was a joy! Mr. Rogge followed up numerous times to confirm that everything had been completed to our satisfaction. His crew exceeded every expectation and took tremendous pride in their work. They also took care to identify potential issues or hazards as they got to know the new-to-us home, taking the initiative to make corrections or suggest remedies that will save money and frustration down the road. (The did everything from purchase hook latches for our screen doors as a safety precaution, knowing we have a toddler, to seize an opportunity to proactively replace pipes on a poorly-draining tub adjacent to one of their work areas.) Every single person involved in this project feels like family to us now, and my 2-year old daughter continues to ask for “Mr. Louis”. We give Legacy Builders, LLC our highest possible recommendation for quality, pricing, professionalism and timeliness. They made the process look effortless, even though I know it was anything but!"

"Couldn't have gone any better. First visit for ice maker was on time and part quickly ordered. While Mr. Tim Albert was on site he checked out my oven and explained the problem and the fix. On second visit after parts were received he fixed both and probably saved me a lot of time and money. I considered him a friend while the problems were fixed."

"I have used them several times. Yes, I would use them again. Simply because they installed the system in my house that I bought. My house is less than 2 years old. We built our house, and they installed the unit, the system, and everything. I used them because they are familiar with it. They are the ones who installed it and they are responsible for what ever. I gave them a C for the performance, because of my most recent interaction with them. It was more one particular guy. The guy was in a rush. He came to my house, one thing he was late. Which I understand, because where I live there is still a lot of newer construction. They installed the systems in all those house out there. They are constantly going. From Madisonville to Baton Rouge, you are talking about a 45 or 50 minute time difference. That is how far away it is. So it is understandable, but he came and he told me he had a lot of different houses to do. So he came, he left the truck running. He was supposed to come check out the unit inside, up in the attic, check the coil, and clean. I feel like, I was cutting my grass at the time, I don't believe he even went in the attic. I was outside cutting my grass trying to get that done before it started raining. I didn't even question him. He came, he was there kind of long enough to go into the attic maybe, but I don't think that he did. What really stood out to me is he left his truck running. I understand it's hot outside and everything, and you left the A/C running probably, but you can tell he was in a rush. I don't feel like he did everything, but I didn't stand over and watch him. I just had a feeling he didn't do everything. I think he just cleaned the outside unit, and he was just in and out. Like he checked to make sure my filter was good inside, and I don't think he really went into the attic. So I don't feel like he did a complete job. I had an issue, so they are coming back on Tuesday of next week. I would tell a friend or family member I had a mixed experience with them. The first time I dealt with them it was a different guy, and he came out and did what he had to do, he was real professional, and I was totally satisfied with the work that he did. The last guy, you know how some people are kind of sketchy, he was one of those people. Overall I would say I have had a pretty good experience, overall, up until recently. I can't 100% prove that he didn't do what he was supposed to do, I just feel like he didn't. Overall, I would tell people I had a pretty good experience. The interactions with him were good for the most part. Any concerns that I had, he answered. You know you are only as good as your last job. Across the board, I would say interactions with them have been good. The person that you speak to when you call them out to have something done, I have had a good experience across the board. The issue I have right now, that they are coming out for on Tuesday, they are pretty good. The responsive time is pretty good."

"I just finished building this new house and needed a doggie door installed. I was very nervous about having someone cut a sizable hole in the side of the house , because I had never done that or seen it done before, and it was a new house. Will showed up after work in the early evening and quick work of it. He came in, was very courteous, and got down to business. The door was installed properly and worked on the first try. Will finished the job in about an hour, and was thankful for the business when he finished. He told us if we had any trouble with the installation of the door in the future to feel free to call him. I let him know if I had anything else that came up for a handyman I would be sure and call him. We are very satisfied. <br />"
