"There was a small leak several months after they installed the flat roofs, which apparently was a caulking issue. BRyan came out and fixed it and there was no leak thereafter into the room below. They gave a 20 year warranty so I wanted an inspection this year to keep the warranty valid. Bryan came out again and was very thorough in his inspection of the three flat roofs that they installed the previous year. Everything looked good. I am very happy with Tycos. Also the owner Christine whom Iâ ve exchanged emails with is very prompt in her responses and courteous.Itâ s nice to know that they will back up their work! PS. Brian is not only thorough, but very reliable. When he was going to be a half hour late he gave me the courtesy of a phone call."

Any we set up appointment for joe to come out and eveulate my roofs we have two kinds of roofs shingles and flat roofs. He was excellent so so very thorough and knowlegable about both kinds of roofs I knew within a few minutes he was our guy. From there he drew up contracts where I signed and two days later was on adelphias schedule. The guys showed up secured my entire property with tarps and caution tape tore off all roofs down to wood they had to install few sheets of plwood six I after they completes the roofs the clean up was top notch. Price-wise, Ivan was the most expensive, but the quality or product and experience to work with were worth it. He gave me a quote on the spot, agreeing to email it to me for further consideration. Once chosen, he worked both Saturday and Sunday until the job was complete, even installing little hooks so we can mount Christmas lights on the gutters with the Gutterglove product installed. I would certainly recommend him and use him for future projects if they come up.
