"Even though the appointment got rescheduled a couple of times (Once it was based on my request since I was not available), they did an excellent job on inspecting the root for leaks, damages & Moss.
Couple of singles were ripped off due to the recent storm and they changed it immediately during the inspection itself.  The purchase was for a $49 roof inspection including $100 for future work credits.  The 2 shingles were replaced immediately during the inspection itself and it was covered with the $100 credit.
The Inspector was courteous enough to take time explaining the status of the roof, maintenance tips and honest feedback on how long the roof will last without any pushy sales tactics to generate more work out of nothing.
Overall an excellent work from them.
