After offering a few suggestions and some decisions, he went to work. Herin is precise, immaculate and a very nice man! Every tiny piece of tile fits seamlessly and I love the result! We had a little trouble with the latch - not his fault; it's how Andersen milled the holes - and a great measure of someone you hire is how things turn out in the end when everything isn't perfect out of the box. The door slides & locks perfectly, seal is perfect (unlike the old slider this replaced). We're very happy with the jobs all around and would hire him again no problem."
