"I hired Adam to install wood privacy fencing and 2 gates along the sides of my backyard as well as installing aluminum fencing and a gate across the back of my property so I could see the preserve. Adam is a responsive young man and was very receptive to discussion and adjustments during the project. The team he sent over to do the actual work were all nice, polite young men. They all did a great job. Zero complaints other than fencing costs an arm and a leg, but thatâ s not their fault! Iâ d hire Adam again."

These guys conducted the demolition of the previous 8 X 8 and laid the new concrete foundation for this room; all successfully approved by City of Jacksonville inspectors. Our second project with Sterling Contractor Services was they laid approximately 8 - 10 inches of concrete foundation and built a well insulated trash can storage house to fit two large trash cans and one recycling bin. "Ari and his team replaced the entire old siding on my house with fiber cement siding, painted it, power washed and cleaned the gutters, replace exterior flood lights and also replaced my fence and back gate. Although this was a lot of work their price was very reasonable and very competitive. They arrived on time every day, worked diligently and completed the job on time. The quality of the work is excellent. They were also very respectful of our time and property and never left a mess, I was very pleased I did not have to micro manage them.
