"every single aspect of my dealing with tony (the owner) is superb! we set up an appointment for him to come to my home and provide an estimate and while he was there he took his time to answer my many many questions about the job. i really enjoyed that he was in no hurry, i had all his attention, and i was impressed by his knowledge. have you ever had someone come out for an estimate of whatever it is, and you can tell they are in a hurry and they have other places to be....etc. etc. not tony.....great first impression! after we talked and he showed me what and how he wanted to do.....within what i wanted done, he gave me an estimate and i agreed to have him do the work. because of the weather it took 2-3 weeks for him to finally make it out to do the job. during this time, tony and i were in communication and he made sure i knew what was happening as far as scheduling was concerned. great communication! also, tony is the guy that runs the job. he does not sub out the job and he does not send out a crew to do the work. tony was there every step of the way and he was working getting everything done and directing his guys......important to me. the final product is awesome......just as we discussed. one of my neighbors is a retired contractor and he and i were talking a few days after tony and his crew had finished our job and when i asked my neighbor his opinion of the work done, he said it was top notch! i mean i could already tell it was excellent, and it is fun to hear an expert confirm my opinion. overall...outstanding experience.....this is your guy if you need anything done with concrete!!"

"I highly recommend working with Crosstown Concrete and plan to work with them in the future as our association needs concrete work done. I am on the board of a townhome association and we originally reached out to Crosstown Concrete in 2020 to install a concrete flume to help with water management. They were provided a spec from an engineering firm we worked with and completed the work wonderfully. In 2021 we had a massive concrete project and a massive asphalt project we needed to get done. We worked with Crosstown on the concrete project to coordinate the removal and replacement of 23 garage floors as well as concrete aprons in front of the garages that ran the length of two of our buildings. Greg was great to work with. He responded quickly to phone and emails, came on site before the project began to work through details with us, even contacted some of the homeowners directly when they had questions or concerns. I do not imagine any project of that size ever goes 100% smoothly but Greg was very responsive when we brought problems to his attention and his crew treated our area with care while they worked."

"Travis and his team were TOP NOTCH and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for concrete work or excavating. When we first met with him in the early spring of 2018 we told him we weren't in any rush and that we just needed to have the steps replaced by late October. We were pleasantly surprised when he called us in early August and said he'd be able to get to us in early September 2018. Within two days our cracked and crumbing steps were gone and replaced with new concrete that looked amazing thanks to Travis and his team. He and his entire crew were a pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with the final results of their work. It also should be said that Travis is a very cool guy that keeps things direct and simple - he's a real joy to work with from start to finish."

"I especially appreciated the fact that Don gave me a lot of good suggestions and gave me options (I really was not sure exactly what I wanted -- just that I wanted to replace the tub with a shower.) And I was limited in what I could do because I have an extemely tiny bathroom. Don gave me the pros and cons of various choices -- for example, we can do X and it will let us finish the job in just a day or two, but it will up the price by $x. At one point, the white seat that I originally wanted inside the shower had been discontinued and I had to choose a different color. I chose caramel and Don suggested changing the grout to more of a brown color to go better with the seat and that turned out great! The project took a while (8 days) due mostly to the fact that they had to let each layer of concrete dry before moving on, with one more day delay caused by having to order a new seat color with matching grout. They did a great job and I am extremely happy with the final result!"
