"Project involved installing a 10'x25' pad (4" thick) for parking a boat. Top Notch was excellent in keeping to their schedule and prompt to respond to text messages. The entire installation was completed in one day (setting up forms, pouring concrete and leveling the pad). Top notch returned two days later to clean up all debris. Would have given 5-starts, but need to see how the pad wears."
