"I just used Green Painting & Carpentry to paint my entire place. They showed up on time and were done in the time frame they indicated. I thought they did an excellent job with the work that I had done. They had most everything put back exactly where they found it (there were a few odds and ends I needed to put back but I wouldn't expect everyone to remember where everything belongs) Their prices were very fair as well. "Scheduling went smoothly. Shared the list of tasks couple of days in advance. Priority wise fixing pipe leak coming out of water heater was the main thing and shared the picture of it along with the task list. Handymen came on time and told me that he would not be able to fix the water heater pipe leak but he will try. I would have appreciated a response in advance when I shared the picture of water leak and task list with the person. They did good job on light replacement, caulking and toilet flush repair. One task was to fix the kitchen faucet pull out feature which was not working since I got it installed last time. Handyman tried to fix it and then told me that it is better to get a new one rather than fixing the existing one. He put it back and today morning I noticed that there was a small water leak from the faucet water hose which I fixed today myself by installing a new faucet. Good to use their service if you have simple tasks. Another thing is that it is better to get an advanced acknowledgement on your tasks list before the team shows up for actual work."

"RJ Construction made significant repairs to our 30 year old cedar deck, stairs and screened porch. The old wood was replaced by Trex; a modern railing and screen system were installed; and the porch posts wrapped in a white pvc trim. The result is an outstanding modern looking porch/deck. Working with Robert was easy from beginning to end. He understood what we wanted, gave us good ideas and was timely in all communications with us. His team was also excellent in both the construction phase and in cleaning up the significant amount of wood and nails from the demolition of the old decking."

"Deck Cetera was one of three deck builders I had contacted for estimates. The company representative was punctual, professional and well informed answering all of my questions directly. There was no sales pitch or high pressure tactics employed and a formal, signed written proposal was provided prior to his departure. This was in stark contrast to the the other two companies which were vague and appeared disinterested unless I was willing to sign a contract there and then. After reviewing my options and the proposal, I selected Deck Cetera. A couple of weeks later permits were acquired and work began. The folks doing the work were very polite, considerate professional and very hard working. It took two days to tear the old deck down and three days to put the new one up. Overall size was 12' x 34'. The deck is well built and looks fantastic. If this deck is an example of their work in other areas then I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.  "
