That’s just some of the words I would use to describe the work that Perfect Landscape did for some tree removal at my house. I had estimates from 6 or 7 tree removal companies referred to me by Angi’s and Perfect Landscape was the most reasonably priced. They came twice to my house, first removing a very tall dead ash tree in the front yard on Friday without using their crane. They then came back the following Tuesday and used their crane to remove a tall oak tree (which was close to my house) from my fenced back yard along with a neighbor’s oak tree that was split and sure to fall on my house at some point if not removed. I can’t say enough about the great job Ryan and his crew from Perfect Landscape did. They were efficient, courteous and cleaned up any leftover tree branches etc. from my yard, the street and anything that may have fallen in a neighbor’s yard. The owner Rodney was very reasonable and generous adding an additional tree to their Tuesday workload, again at a very reasonable price. The use of their crane was essential to lift out my huge dead oak tree from my fenced back yard without having to remove the fence or damaging the yard or house. Three cuts and lifts and the tree was gone. Likewise, they removed a neighbor’s tree from between our front yards again using their crane. I highly recommend Perfect Landscape if you need any trees removed and want it done in a timely and professional manner. "He did a really good job cutting down the branches. He did not bring in heavy equipment. He climbed the trees and did it all by hand. One tree had to come down completely. There was some debris left in the yard that we took care of ourselves."

"I was in a rush to get these trees removed because I had purchased new trees and was to receive delivery of these the following weekend. We had a verbal agreement to remove these trees and I had marked the ones I wanted removed with spray paint. There was a misunderstanding about the price, he quoted $85 per man hour and I thought it was $85/hour. He (DJ) thought they could do the job within 3 hours. It turns out that they had five guys working on the job and it ended up being more expensive than I had hoped. I had another quote for $600 and this ended up being $1000. They did do a fantastic job and did it while I wasn't present and in the time I had requested. To add to the story, after learning of the mis-communication, Steve called me personally and discussed the situation. He apologized for the mis-communication and gave me some of the money back to make it right. This effort goes above and beyond what most companies would do and it shows that this company is reputable, honest, and customer focused. I would recommend you use Steve and his crew for fast quality work.
