Of the three consultations we had for our backyard patio, he was the only one to bring us product pamphlets so that we knew what our choices were and how the process works. He also took time to bring samples for each stage of the build. He cleaned up as needed and even topped off our gravel driveway which took a beating during the soil excavation. "There was no communication as to when the job would start. They just showed up one morning ready to go. The first part of the project was to rebuild stone stairs to correct uneven riser height which required providing three new stones - the problem was corrected but the new stones do not match the existing ones. The second part was to correct a drainage issue that occurs in heavy rains. We have had several people look at the issue and Green Thumb was the first to come up with what I thought was a practical solution. We'll see how it works after the first good rain."
