"He was supposed to come last Wednesday and it drizzled a bit. I waited all day and finally at 5:23, I got a text from Miguel saying he could not make it until Friday and that he would for sure be here in the afternoon. I still have the messages and he never showed up and never contacted me. Pretty poor and I am finding that a lot with the tree removal people on here too! Pathetic"
