Sam and Brad Morgan run Morgan Horticultural Service. Sam started Morgans in 1971. We have been servicing South Tampa for 43 years. Over the past years Morgans has been involved in most areas of the Lawn and Landscaping industry. For the past 20 years Sam and Brad have specialized in the care and applications of fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides for lawns, plants, and trees. Morgan's is now mowing and edging and all other phases of Landscape Maintenance. If MORGAN'S does not do the service you need we will try and help you find someone who does. After 40 plus years servicing Tampa we know many companies that do top notch work. We would be glad to help you if we can. Four employees plus 2 owners. No subs. Cost is determined by the job. "We chose Morgan's several years ago from their rating on Angie's list. We elected to have them treat our lawn and shrubs and were assured our lawn would look and remain exceptional. For the first two years, we were very satisfied with their service as our lawn looked as good or better than those surrounding our property. There were a few times we had to have them come back for minor issues, but overall it was great. It was in the middle of last year that we returned from a vacation to find our front lawn dying in spots. The "treatment" sign left in our yard indicated they had serviced our yard two days earlier than our return. I had them come out right away to look at it and was told by Sam Morgan that it was not related to insects and said it would improve over the next several weeks. Two weeks went by and the areas of dead grass had expanded exponentially. Coincidentally, a lawn care company had left a notice on our door offering to treat the chinch bugs killing our grass. We were also noticing mole crickets on our patio. I called them back out and Sam Morgan again tried to defect telling me there was no insect activity, yet did a thorough pesticide spray. During our dialogue, Sam kept blaming his son Brad for using a new chemical that was reported to be causing issues with other customers. He actually told me that I would get a better outcome if I called and spoke to Brad myself. I told Sam that it was not my job to get in the middle of family politics and that I expected it to be taken care of immediately. I told Sam that I would not be renewing my contract unless they restored my yard to its original condition. As weeks and months dragged on, I had them out two to three more times as my yard was not improving. I heard the same lame excuses from Sam and put him on notice that we were not planning on renewing our service for 2018. I also showed them areas of my shrubbery that had chemical damage. I was again told it was a new spray they were using and deflected to his son Brad. I received a bill from Brad Morgan for a treatment in January of this year. I sent them a reply that I would not be paying for this treatment as I told them I was not renewing for this year. Conclusion: Brad Morgan and those who work for him do not take responsibility for issues and deflect by blaming issues on ancillary things. Brad had never taken the time to visit my residence to see for himself what my concerns were and tried to blame the damage to my front yard on pool construction in my back yard. I am appalled at their business strategy of deflection and would never recommend them to my neighbors."

"In October 2018 The Pool Guys of Tampa bay AKA TampaPoolPro.com did a resurface of my pool. The staining on the surface after their work was dreadful and very noticeable. See pictures. After months of complaining on my part and months of obfuscation and outright ignoring my emails they reluctantly came and drained pool, without any notification to me and did something to the surface. The stains were worse, see pictures. I would not do business with these people again. The first pix is the first resurfacing, the second is the second resurfacing."

"My experience was less than desirable, I contracted with Integrity to have my pool cage repainted in April 2024, which was done and paid in full, however, there were issues. The entire pool cage was left with a sandpaper type texture (was original smooth). When I brought this up, I was told that it was ‘windy’ and that it was overspray, if that was the case, then why did they paint and not wait for another day that was not windy? Or advise me that was a possibility before painting? They did come back out, spot sand a couple of areas, hand painted those spots and considered the job complete. Most of the pool cage still has the sandpaper texture which prior to painting was completely smooth. An additional issue that I had was that there were parts of the cage that had imperfections that were not addressed (i.e., sand, priming, etc.) which I was told would be done. It appears to just be painted over as one area flaked up the next day. When I pointed them out, they advised that was rust (it is an aluminum cage look up yourself if aluminum rusts). When I addressed my concerns with Integrity, they were dismissive to me and had an excuse for everything as to why/how it was my fault. Which if accurate, then in my opinion they should have brought up these issue(s) prior to painting? Just my experience, I hope that your experience is different, given my experience I would not recommend them."
