Chris came late in the day after checking with me about the wind and rain. As the conditions were still good, he made the outside repairs. Afterwards, he came inside to sweep the chimney. All was clean and tidy when he had finished."

"This was the second time we hired this company. Our 1st time was about 5 years ago. They came out today and they again did a great job. The owner's two sons came out and were polite, friendly, thorough and answered all questions. They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Chimney was cleaned and everything was inspected that I had asked. They indicated that we would eventually need a new "Chase Cover" but they were honest in saying that it still had a couple of more years and with the price to replace, they recommend waiting until we notice a problem. They explained what to look for which would trigger the need for replacement. Instead of telling me that I needed to replace it right away, they were HONEST. That speaks volumes.
