They took photos and got an estimate from the home office, quoted the price and immediately proceeded with our lawn upon our approval. "They were amazing. The tree that needed to be trimmed was on the lot line on the other side of the neighbor's fence. Using ropes and a harness he pulled himself up 30 feet. The chain saw was attached to another rope and once he was ready to cut he brought the chain saw up and carefully determined what needed to be done. I was facinated and watched the whole process from the nearby window. It was better than any circus act I have seen. He was proficient, exact and knew what he was doing. His partner, on the ground, cut and cleaned the trimmings. Both young men were pros. <br />"

"I live in downtown St. Paul, where we have a pigeon problem.  Last year, when I had pigeons landing and nesting in the corner of my deck, I applied a repellent to the corner where the problem had been occurring.  Unfortunately, the repellent absorbed into the deck which resulted in a dark stain. <br /> Barak Brodni of New Again Deck Renewal and his assistant did a fantastic job.  Since I live on the 4th floor, they sanded the wood on the deck, taking care not to send debris flying to my downstairs neighbor's deck.  They were very considerate and very knowledgeable and were able to get the job done in quick order.  After they stained and sealed the deck, it looked almost new and the pigeon repellent stain in the corner was barely noticeable.  I would definitely hire New Again Deck Renewal in the future. <br />"

"It was not as well. They needed time with doing work-up for the plans. We tried to hire them to actually come and do some work. They just kept putting us off. Finally after the second or third time, I just decided to go with somebody else. There were no additional costs. It was a big job and they never showed up. It took them a while and they were backed up. It took them 2 or 3 weeks. They were just too slow in responding."
