He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "Tim did a great job dealing with the challenges of installing a carpet runner on a 145-year old staircase.  None of the steps were the same size and most of them unsquare, missing part of the nose, etc. etc. etc.  He was able to navigate those challenges and complete a beautiful runner installation.  This included having to cut the carpet around a huge bannister post at the bottom of the steps, it all turned out great.  We don't anticipate having any new carpeting put down, but if we did, we would certainly consider using Hampton again.  Anytime someone asks who did our runner, we will certainly give positive reviews of Tim and Hampton Flooring.

Bob called me back and we talked about where in the house the carpet was that needed to be cleaned, how old the carpet is and if there are any areas I wanted then to focus on. Bobby and Zach came to the house that day. They were on time and very friendly. They did a great job with the carpet and I even asked them to clean 2 kitchen chairs that were upholstered...they looked as good as new! I would highly recommend them. Our carpet is 20 years old and it looks and feels great!"
