He came out later that morning to give an estimate after inspecting and I was extremely pleased with the estimate. While he was here, I had him look at the toilet in the secondary restroom and the fence that was leaning because I saw that he also did various handyman jobs and once again the estimate for all projects wasn't even half of what I was expecting to pay, He came back that afternoon to repair the roof, the fence and changed out the floater in the toilet. "Installation went great and the product is great, but price is something I will not pay again. I know the quality of the product and installation is very hhgh, but I do not think I will have other doors in house replaced soley because of cost. $5400 for one door with new frame is just too high. I also do not like the fact that if I install a storm door, my warranty is voided. And there is no metal in the frame that wuld allow for a magnetc screen to be used so the door can be opened in good weather."
