They were looking to encapsulate my crawl space, which was going to be up into thousands of dollars. I was just trying to insure that when my house was sold, that a home inspector didn't come along and say I had mold in my house or crawl space etc, which would of prevented me from selling my house until the issue was resolved. I didn't really have mold, they just wanted to come in and encapsulate your house. That wasn't needed to be done."

"Started a build on a house that lasted a year. During this process I was very and quot;hands onand quot; and built a custom home that is very efficient thanks to the advise and follow thru of Titan. These days virtually nobody really cares about the quality of their work. The day of craftsmanship is gone.
