"I followed up on an email they sent me about an old quote where I asked about their schedule to get this going. After two days of no response I emailed again. One day after that they finally responded but it was an automated notification for an appointment for them to come out to create another quote. I emailed asking what is this about since I wasn't consulted about this appointment and had yet to speak with a human. I had to send multiple emails to understand why I was getting an automated email and no answers to questions. Finally I get an email saying they're withdrawing from a quote. Very bizarre interaction that should have been fairly simple. I enjoyed speaking with the original worker, Damon, who made the original quote, but this email interaction gave me no confidence in their ability to communicate and get the job done, and I'll never know because they withdrew before we even got to that point because of their own inability to communicate."

"I September 2013 I purchased a house built in 2000. In December 2013 I received a letter from my insurance company stating my roof was in poor condition and in need of repair. I contacted Andy of A and A Roofing to inspect my roof and give an estimate to repair or replace it. After I contacted Andy he was there within a day or two to look at my roof. He called me after his inspection and told me there were a few nail pops but my roof was in good condition and didn't need any work done. He even offered to call my insurance company and tell them his evaluation of the roof. Although Andy didn't do any work I would contact him again if I need something done to my roof. This is how he makes his living and could have agreed with my insurance company and told me I needed a new roof. He didn't do that. I feel Andy is a fair and reputable roofing contractor. <br />"

These people will not rip you off. There was nothing to be upset about with these people. They didn't leave any margin for error and they didn't leave any margin for worry."

"There were 3 guys doing the drywalling and one of them was not nearly as good as the others so there were spots that were very visible. Their price was excellent but I don't think I'll use them again because of the quality. They were good with responsiveness. I'll probably go with someone else if I had to do a similar project just because the quality of the drywall wasn't what I like."
