He answered all my questions and even made a few suggestions to save me some money. The crew that came however is a different story. I specifically told the woman I talked to where the payment would be left since I wasn't able to be home which was inside my garage. My son left for work and locked the door as he always does when he leaves. Simple mistake. We'll the younger of the two men decided it was alright to have a mental breakdown about how they were gonna get f#$%ed over again and so on. I called her and asked her to go into the garage and give them the payment after the woman from the office called and let me know the situation. "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
