"We definitely recommend EB Asphalt and Landscaping. We needed a driveway renovation plus landscaping - broken areas of asphalt to repave, cracks to fill, landscaping to build up on the sides of the drive to prevent further crumbling, and then sealcoating. Rick who quoted the job was very professional - his crew showed up promptly as scheduled, worked very hard and did a very nice job with the patch paving, crack filling and landscaping. As soon as the weather warmed up, the crew came back to finish the project with a beautiful two-coat spray on of sealcoating. This over 15 year old driveway looks brand new. Courteous. Nice. Easy to schedule and showed up on time as scheduled. Worked very hard. Did a super job. We will definitely hire E & B again next year for a final sealcoat over the recently patches which were too recently installed to be sealcoated this year. "I had really no issues with this company. The only complaint I guess I have is the professionalism. The individual that came out to measure was fantastic. He answered all my questions and even made a few suggestions to save me some money. The crew that came however is a different story. I specifically told the woman I talked to where the payment would be left since I wasn't able to be home which was inside my garage. My son left for work and locked the door as he always does when he leaves. Simple mistake. We'll the younger of the two men decided it was alright to have a mental breakdown about how they were gonna get f#$%ed over again and so on. This was before anyone reached out or knocked on the door. Luckily my wife was home to hear it all. I called her and asked her to go into the garage and give them the payment after the woman from the office called and let me know the situation. After the payment was given she was rudely told not to use that door again. Other than that good exp"

"Henry repaired both corners on both sets of stairs on my property he made it match the original design and also fixed the bottom of the steps. He fixed my landing making it more comfortable to get in and out of my home and also painted the entire steps after pressure washing everything. He went above and beyond and kept me updated along the way. He was kind and professional."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"We had a proposal for repairing a sink hole. The work was done with cold patch in February. The promise was to return in the spring when the weather was warmer . They were supposed to do a hot patch in the spring. They did not call to do that. We called and got an appointment. We agreed to have cracks filled at the same time. The new charge would be $800. We had already paid $1500.00 for the cold patch and the spring hot patch. We had a date set for the work to be done but no one showed up. No one called. We called with little satisfaction. No one called us after that to explain or set up a new appointment. We were pretty disgusted with their work ethic. It has been two months with no work from them. We are hiring another company to do that work on the cracks in the driveway. They will work on the hot patch next summer. I am surprised that a reputable company would treat a customer so casually and they would not follow up to try to mend fences. Besides which, we paid for something we never received."

"I wasn’t home at the time of service so I couldn’t voice my concerns but I’m not happy with the curb that was put in along my driveway and grass.. it was done very sloppy and it just doesn’t look good. Also, I stayed off the driveway for a week to let it cure, and I have tire imprints all over the drive way. I don’t park the cars in the same areas all the time and cars don’t usually stay in those areas long anyways. I feel like not enough asphalt was used in certain spots. That’s what I get for not taking the day off I guess."

He has a high quality standard and inspects everything. He really wants you to be happy with the work and will make changes if requested. He finishes the job on time and on budget.
