"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. I had a fair, thorough estimate within a few days that included some creative solutions that no one else had come up with: removing three of the four parapets and avoiding drilling into our concrete roof deck. "Having reached out to several roofing contractors I found the initial team (Steve quoted the job and Mark who is the owner) to be knowledgeable, extremely professional and competitive with the price. After signing the agreement I was assigned a representative (I was in contact with Paul) and he kept me updated on the timing of shingle delivery, dumpster and when the crew would be onsite to work. The work was completed within the timeframe they quoted and was done well. The roof looks great and they made sure the area around the house was left spotless without bits of shingles or nails. "We had them do siding and windows on our house. Its approx. 20x60 with additions. They did 13 windows that have a LT transferable warranty. The siding included a whole house vapor barrier wrap (at our request) then they installed insulated siding. Everything went smoothly, very courteous, and professional. They cleaned up the job site daily, and kept it relatively clean throughout the day. Everything was completed on time, and we were informed of any issues that did arise. There was one day of rain which delayed the start of the project, and they still finished on time. About three months later I had an issue with some loose siding and the gutters not properly catching water. I called them in within a couple of weeks they were out here fixing the issues and again they were courteous, and did what they needed to do."
