"I contacted Gary's plumbing to check out a dripping shower faucet. His estimate was in keeping with others. Unlike other businesses with an answering service, Gary communicated directly with me through texts, including requesting pictures, to understand the issue beforehand. He spent a good deal of time working on a part that was stuck. When it wouldn't budge, he explained what would be needed to fix it and did not charge me for the visit. "OMG... We had a horrible experience ! Rick Nelson the owner of Nelson’s Plumbing on Dixie Hwy, Waterford is Mr. excuse. Dan (plumber) replaced tub shut off's in 1st bath and installed tub & shower faucets in 2nd bath. Once the water was turned back on everything was leaking, he had to go back stop all the leaks which took a good hour. They never could get the sink drain to seal correctly, so we are without a bathroom sink. We were concerned so we contacted Rick regarding the fact that his plumber has been here for over 4 hours and everything was leaking his (Rick’s) response was “Well, It’s plumbing and there is going to be problems”. Now we are going to spend more money to hire another plumbing to hook up our sink faucet drain seeing Dan could not do it without it leaking (it never leaked prior to his visit, we just wanted matching faucets now we cant even use our sink UGH, what a joke! Beware, we would not recommend this Company!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service,"
