But what really impressed me was how the company stood behind their product and services. Had two problems. A window had been broken in shipment. It happens. They contacted me and said they had already ordered a replacement to install as soon as it arrives. Second problem was the patio door had a flaw in the glass that was not easy to see but cracked several weeks after installation. I sent them a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement door and installed it with no hassle. Problems happen. What you want is a company that makes it right when problems come up. "What i wanted was a new roof installed as well as new gutters all the way around my house that i just purchased, the quote that i was given seemed ok but still a little steep for the size of roof i have, which is only 700 square feet or so.. They charged me almost 8 grand to strip the old roof and install the new roof which was supposed to include new gutters as well.. It's been a couple of weeks and i never got my gutters, i tried multiple times to contact them to see what was going on, mainly to get an estimated install date, i haven't recieved a message or call back for almost two weeks.. there right up of the estimate was very vague and poorly hand written, i even recieved a call from a guy at the office asking me how i liked the service and i told him that as soon as my gutters were installed then it would be A , sad part is that he acted like he had no clue as to what i was talking about when i mentioned the gutters and stated that they were not on the paper that was turned in to them.. this entail really pissed me off especially since i know what i requested at the very beginning and what was supposed to be included.. I'm not paying until the job is completed like it's supposed to and i get what I'm supposed to get.."
