"contractor came out to measure and submitted the contract with measurements, privacy glass, and all jucuzzi products. when they came to install we told them that the measurements were wrong cause the shower base was not as big as we discussed, when the doors were put together we told them that wasnt what we discussed either, then the shower head that we ordered was not in the box so they had to get the shower head. we were told when asking questions that we signed the contract and were stuck. we paid 18k for a shower that isnt the size we asked for, nor the right doors, and we have an AMERICAN STANDARD shower head instead of all jacuzzi. customer service is at about a 10%."
