The installation crew worked very fast and efficiently, cutting no corners and taking great care of the yard and plants surrounding the house. "Our friends were amazed that we had the full replacement cost of our roof reimbursed by our insurance company! If we had not engaged Signature to work with us and our insurance company, we may have paid less but we would not have been fully reimbursed for the cost of the very expensive roof of our large historic home in Concord. Signature Exteriors coordinated the replacement of the shingle and flat roof of the main house as well as the detached shingles on the garage roof. It took over 6 months from when we first contacted Signature to when the roofers actually came because of the back and forth dialogue with the insurance company. However, when they did come, despite several major storms in the Spring, they moved fairly quickly to complete the job. We would recommend that clients with extensive landscaping around their homes consider having roofing work done in the winter when there is less chance that their plants are impacted. We did have some collateral damage to our shrubs and flowers from the debris, and Signature offered to reimburse for the damage but most of the damage was superficial. We especially liked working with Jen and Michael, the gutter subcontractor. She was very professional and he was very efficient."

"Great service. Employees, are very knowledgeable, about the company and windows. This was the first time, I couldn’t think of a question to ask. They covered everything. My wife and I purchased an original 1950’s home. The windows were pulley single glass windows. In which needed to be replace. My wife and I have 18 brand new QUALITY windows in two weeks. It only took power company, literally one day to install all 18 windows. You can’t go wrong using this company. Also, pricing is very reasonable."

"We Got Troy name and called him ,He came out to see the roof at are convene He walked the roof with us.After calling my insurance we made a appointment and Troy came out to talk with the agent, After they left it only took Troy 1 week to get the singles to start. Troy sent us pictures of the job as he did the work. He boards to be replaced. I trust Troy and Recommend him to anyone. "Sergii was very professional, flexible, communicated well, and was able to pull off my vision for a black marble fireplace without cracking a single piece of tile. He was also able to see and fix problems from previous renovated areas of the project so that installation would be safe and last.
