They not only started and finished on time, but the end result was better than anticipated thanks to Fred’s vision and esthetic foresight. The price was fair, and they never tried adjusting the original price, despite a heavier than anticipated underground root system they had to dig out with the excavator. After it was finished, I decided I wanted to add a little more sod to a section of the yard I originally told them not to. Fred had no problem ordering the extra sod for me and delivering it to my house. It was a very positive and professional experience. "Sione and all of his crew were extremely professional and performed superior work. They removed a very badly heaving, sinking, cracking and spalling driveway and walkway. Many neighbors have commented on how nice the driveway looks. Sione also investigated and identified a problem with a footer that was sinking that supported the roof over a patio. Sione devised a plan and installed a new footer, filled voids under the concrete patio, and replaced two basement stairs and a sinking drain pad. If you want quality work that is performed to the HIGHEST STANDARD then hire Sione and Jay Concrete. Sione always keep us informed when work would be completed and if there were or might be delays"
