"<p>I have nothing but good things to report about my experience with DTI.  They were easy to work with and their staff of installers were all very friendly and happy to show me what they were doing and why.  DTI was also able to help me out in a bind where another contractor left with the work unfinished, DTI picked up the ball and ran with it.  They had three separate teams onsite.  One team to install the siding/soffit and fascia, another framing team to replace the support beam, and another who came and installed the rain gutters.  I am very happy with the final results and I would definitely use DTI again.</p>"

"My wife Tiffy and I were looking frantically for a home as our lease was running out in a 4 months. It would be our first home and we wanted to get it right. after A LOT of research we couldn't find a home that we just loved. After going through every short sale in the county and almost every listing that was somewhat appealing to us we started looking into building. We looked into Ivory homes, Salisbury(Built most of the homes where we are located (wouldn't recommend, look into reviews), edge, shupe (who built my sisters home [wouldn't recommend]), bishop, richmond, etc... UGH!!! The only builder that didn't have any concerns was Teeples. We gave him a visit and he truly does custom homes. He found out what we wanted, what area we were looking at and their requirements, and got us a 2 story home in Lehi! With the other builder they say they can do custom but choosing a color and one of 2 cabinet types ISN'T custom. We have EVERYTHING we could have hoped for and more! Neighbors come over and want a tour every time as it truly is captivating especially for a budget first home of 230000. <br /> <br /> We chose where our cans in the house went, type of granite, colors, vaults, railings, nice carpet, cabinets, tile, wood floor, walk-in closet, vanities, shower surrounds, hardware for kitchen, bathroom, and faucets. We chose what rooms to wire(3) for HDMI surround sound. Window types, I could go on and on as I continue thinking about everything. needless to say we and everyone else love our CUSTOM home with all the upgrades at no and quot;LUXURY UPGRADE PACKAGEand quot; costs.
