"I contacted them by email and they responded the very next morning. They were able to give me a solid price over the phone and were flexible with scheduling. The technician arrived on time (7:45am) and was very professional. Because we have 3 kids, we had some sticky residue on the living room carpet that he put extra time into getting out. Our carpet is 18 years old and a very light beige, so the high traffic areas are hard to get clean, but he got them clean. The carpet looks great. It only took about 30 minutes for what we required and the carpet was completely dry (able to move furniture back!) by the end of the day. We did turn on the ceiling fans to speed up the drying process. I felt they did a great job for the price and I would definitely call them again."

"She came to my house and gave me an estimate to repair a broken arm on a love seat. She was very professional and courteous and accommodating enough to come to my house. <br /> She estimated $70 to repair the broken wood inside the arm. The price was reasonable but I only paid $75 for the love seat and the chair combined so I was not ready to invest that money just to fix the arm.  At some point in the future, I will be ready to have the arm fixed and without a doubt, I will have her come back and fix it. <br /> <br /> UPDATE:  I finally decided to have the broken arm fixed.  Even though a number of months had passed, Julie honored the original bid. She came to the house with a partner. They were on time and had all the supplies needed to repair the couch. They quickly and efficiently repaired the broken board inside the arm. <br /> <br /> It was impressive to watch how expertly they were able to pull back the upholstery, repair the broken board inside the arm and then replace the upholstery without any sign it had been taken apart. <br /> <br /> I had cut a portion of the dust cover off the bottom of the couch after my chihuahua ripped it open to hide under the couch. <br /> They replaced the shredded dust cover for no additional cost.  <br /> <br /> I will definitely call Julie again if/when I have any more furniture I need repaired."

"The car looks incredible. I had a 3 year old black stain in my tan interior from oil and rust that was trapped in a dolly in put in the back. Needless to say based on what caused the stain i was not expecting to get the stain out and Dennis has made the car look like new both inside and out. He really took him time and went to great lengths to make by car look great. This is my second vehicle detailed by Dennis and i am amazed each time with the end result.
