"I do not normally leave reviews but I was so impressed with the level of service and professionalism that John from Thoro-clene provided I thought it needed to be recognized. I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. He finished the entire home in under 3 hours from start to finish and it looks amazing. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them in the future if needed. "Tom contacted me promptly when I requested quotes for the needed carpet cleaning. The prior owners left a mess in the house when they moved out. I had no idea what the nasty stains were, but Tom & Five Step were able to clean the carpets and stairs very satisfactorily. The carpets dried quickly, and we could use the rooms only a few hours after he left. I am very happy with the job done by Five Step and am comfortable allowing my daughters to sit & lay on the carpets now."
