"<p>Recently we learned the builder of our house did a lousy job with the master shower. After being there for only a year and a half we discovered the shower was leaking and if it continued we would be dealing with water damage. We decided to redo the shower. I spent a great deal of time and patience trying to find a company who could do the work. This prompted me to join Angie's List and give it a try.</p> <p>Through Angie's list we found Pibi Tile. I contacted representative Luis. He is very charming and easy to work with. He came out almost immediately for a free estimate. He followed up routinely and answered all our questions. We went to the showroom and were surprised at the options available. They had a lot. </p> <p>We scheduled the work and they tore out the old, re-did it making sure it was water tight, and installed the tile. Like all contractors the time they arrived was more "ish" then the precise on the dot 0900. However, they did make it there and did really good work. They even had little touches like laying down drop cloths where they walked through the house and ensuring they closed the door every time they went out (which is a big deal if you have indoor pets). The work lasted longer then the initial estimate of one week, but Luis made up any issues we had.</p> <p>I would hire them again and I don't hesitate to recommend them.</p>"
