John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work. "Julie was easy to work with, however there were issues with quality/craftsmanship. Specifically, a tear in the fabric on one of the wings, loose fabric on both wings, the tips of the seat cushion did not have any foam/batting in it and the cushion cording was sewn in such a way that the seam hit right under the knee. Julie did come out and pick up the chair a replace/fix these issues and did so overnight, but we wished she had done the job with attention to those details the first time. <br />"
