"We highly recommend Summit Home Improvement. David did two jobs for us: a roof repair and back exterior door replacement as well as a deck replacement. Our back door was rotting and leaking air badly. David and his assistant replaced the door and fixed some insulation problems around the door. Now the house is MUCH warmer, and the door looks wonderful. Also, we had an older deck with deck boards cracking and railings that were loose. The estimate for the project was well under the final price due to many items on the deck that needed to be replaced but could not be seen until removed. The work crew varied from two men to as many as five on any given day and they were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in their approach to the project. The owner kept in constant communications with us regarding delays or days in which work could not be accomplished due to weather conditions or other issues. Even though the project was well over budget, in the end we felt we had a quality project with no short cuts and a renewed deck that should last many years into the future.."
