"I was satisfied with the work done on my house. Craftsmanship was spot on. The project manager on the other hand. Was not up to par. On 2 separate occasions asked me for payment before the job was completed. The clean up was terrible. They left plastic from pallet of siding in my front yard. There were nail and wood from the removal of my old siding. Something with my back porch. Found nails wood and razor blades. They came a second time to clean around my house. It was a little better. Oh, I almost forgot. They smoked cigarettes. I have cigarettes buts everywhere, especially in my front yard where they parked their vehicle's. Wish I had a better experience Home Genius. Started great, but fell off a cliff near the end."

"Carlos and his assistants did great work. We were repairing a 50 year old large barn that needed rotten wood replaced, posts replaced, blocks replaced and block joints repaired, a lot of siding replaced, many holes in the tin roof repaired, gutters installed, rafters repaired, floorboards replaced, outside steps to the upstairs, and painting the whole exterior. Carlos was excellent at spotting problems with the building, communicating them, and coming up with solutions. He worked quick and efficiently and was reliable, always showing up when he said he would and was good at communicating (through text mostly and the occasional phone call). He did a couple extra repairs beyond what I asked him, just because he saw they were needed. He knew what he was doing and what products were needed. To save me money, I bought the materials which was fine with him. I would say his only weakness was in developing a detailed materials list before the project started. He knew what he needed but putting down details on paper wasn't his strong point. He and his helpers were courteous and friendly."

While the work was being done, David provided terrific communications on progress and findings. Always on time, which is a rarity these days, we could just about set a watch by their arrival. Cole was fantastic from start to finish. He helped me set up financing arrangements and made sure the best roofing team was a signed to my job. Any time I needed his help with questions or needed to understand something better, he was there for me. Even after the job was complete, he came by my home to make sure I was satisfied with the results. In fact, while he was there, he went around with a magnet to double check for nails. I want to also like to say that the roofers assigned to my house are the best. They were very helpful and cleaned up before they left each day. This was a two day job. I highly recommend Rodas Construction to anyone looking to have roof repairs or replacement and I would suggest they ask for Cole Faulkner to set everything up."

"A two-man team, Carlos (owner) and Alberto, both totally experienced, completed our two jobs in one day. The first job was to replace rotting siding on two dormer; the second was to replace missing stone shingles on our chimney and seal shingles all around the chimney that showed gaps. We're very happy with their work. Carlos likes to get to his jobs with no delay. They came the day after we agreed to his estimate, which was very reasonable. Carlos is friendly and easygoing, and explains all aspects of the job."
