"Beth was great, she worked around another contractors schedule and was very flexible.  The floors turned out beautifully.
The only thing that I was slightly disappointed with was that they did not tape off the area that they were working in so dust got all over the house.  She did tell me in the initial bid that the job would be dusty due to the nature of it - lots of hand held sanders where the containment equipment wouldn't work correctly, and they did clean up the dust in the foyer, but I had dust everywhere. Overall, however, I would hire again.

"I recently had a shower installed by Real Deal Remodeling, and I couldn't be happier with the experience — from the consultation with Lance to the incredible work of Robert, the installer. During the consultation, Lance was professional, informative, honest, and provided exceptional pricing! As for the installation, from start to finish, Robert was everything you could hope for in a professional: meticulous, personable, and impressively knowledgeable. Robert approached the project with true craftsmanship and pride, going above and beyond by working tirelessly in 12-hour shifts to ensure everything was perfect. Despite running into multiple pre-existing issues, Robert never cut corners. Instead, he took the time to walk me through his plan, discuss potential solutions, and make sure every step aligned with my expectations. His openness, honesty, and precision gave me complete confidence that the final product would be exactly what I envisioned — and it absolutely was. Robert also made it a point to include me in the process, checking in regularly to make sure I was satisfied and thoroughly explaining any necessary aftercare and maintenance for the new shower. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and respectful of both their work and their clients. If you're considering any remodeling work, I can't recommend Real Deal Remodeling — and Robert specifically — highly enough. You'll be in the hands of someone who truly cares about delivering quality and making sure you're happy every step of the way."

"The project went incredibly well.  The focus was a quality, appropriate renovation/addition on a 1930's federal house in Ann Arbor.  An architect was hired to design an appropriate renewal and replacement inside and out.  It was important that the builder could handle the scale and detail.  We couldn't be happier with the results.
In retrospect I am sure that there is no way that we could have renovated to this standard at this cost with any other builder.  Pete was the perfect choice for our project.  I am veryspecific about the level of quality and detail that I expect and Pete meets my requirements every time.  He does it with a cheerful problem solving attitude that is uncommon in the building trades.  Pete, and any of his co-workers, are a pleasure to have around the house.  He is dependable and extremely honest.
I know that Pete bids large jobs and small jobs.  That makes him somewhat unique as a contractor.  I am sure he brings the same level of workmanship to jobs much smaller than ours. I am equally sure he can manage a big project when contracted to do so.  My main take away is that high quality work at fair prices is rare in the construction field.  Pete’s company occupies a hard to find niche."

"Very professional job. Top notch service and work ethic. Could never tell we had the ceiling repaired and the painting was perfect. I don't want to go on because I need them to come back to my house to paint the whole first floor and afraid they might become to busy. When you use them you will be as happy as I am."

"I live in a wooded area and the recent snow storm knocked down a few dead trees into my back yard that took out my fence. I called FMS and they were out the next day. The owner is really hands on and available to answer questions if need be which was helpful because I had a lot of thiings going on at once. Not only did they come out to look at the job the next day but by the end of the day the treesand debris were gone. They were alsonice enough to remove a lot of heavey fallen branches from other trees. I'm hiring him to replace my fence and take out some other dead trees when it heats up a bit more."

"I purchased the chairs new about 16 years before and tried to fix the looseness myself. It never worked. Since this company did them 3 years ago, they are better than when I purchased them and have not loosened up at all.

"Fair price, good work, good communication, and keeps promises."

"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."
